Step out into Nature and get blown away!

Cabin Fever...Winter blues...the ba humbugs of the post holiday season? New Jersey Audubon has three great trips planned to help you step out into nature and get blown away!

January 17...Eagle watching van trip to the Upper Delaware River
Van leaves Lorrimer Sanctuary at 8am and returns at  4pm.  Limited seating-reserve early. 
*$32.00 member/$40.00 non member fee
Dress warm, pack a lunch and join the excursion as the group heads to the upper regions of the Delaware River- home to some amazing wildlife-but none as majestic as the eagle.  Perched high on the ledge or gliding effortlessly on the current-the sighting of an eagle is always and exhilarating experinece.

STOKES STATE FOREST WINTER TRACKING
January 23rd 8:45am
Winter Tracking led by naturalist Brian Clough.
This program is combines a little birding with a little tracking as we search for signs of the illusive porcupine, mink and Fisher that call Stokes State Forest home. Winter tracking is a great way to clear your mind and open your eyes to the wonders of nature all around you. 
Member cost: $15.00 Nonmembers: $20.00

February 14 Noon to 1:30pm 
WHO'S BEEN THERE...INTRO TO ANIMAL TRACKS
The fun begins with a search for signs of the many creatures that inhabit the sanctuary. Learn to identify and interpret the tracks...a fun family activity for backyard adventures.
Then head inside for some Family fun creating plaster casts of tracks which the kids can take home.
